Overview
A compensation and employee-review platform designed to help organizations manage employee performance and compensation workflows.
The challenge
Compensation software is full of rules, roles and exceptions. The work is to keep that complexity in the system — not dump it on the person filling in the form.
What I worked on
I worked on the frontend of a data-heavy enterprise product: dashboards, workflows, forms and validation, role-based experiences, and the architecture needed to keep business logic from leaking into every screen.
What I learned
Enterprise UI is product work. If the workflow is honest, the interface can stay quiet. If the workflow is confused, no layout will save it.
